Saya Pengguna Smartfren

Saya adalah pengguna kartu Smart Fren. Kartu tersebut sudah saya pakai cukup lama dan tidak pernah menemui kendala. Namun tiba-tiba saya benar-benar merasa dikecewakan oleh pelayanan Smart Fren.

Berdasarkan sms yang saya terima seharusnya hari ini adalah hari terakhir batas waktu pengisian pulsa untuk saya dan saya telah melakukan pengisian pulsa sekitar pkl 7 malam Pulsa tersebut berhasil masuk tetapi pulsa saya sebelumnya sebesar Rp. 568,722 hilang tidak berjejak dan yang tertinggal hanyalah pulsa yang baru saja saya masukkan.

Kemudian saya coba menghubungi customer service dan customer service tersebut mengatakan bahwa saya telah terlambat dalam mengisi pulsa padahal saya telah mengikuti tanggal batas waktu di dalam sms dari Smartfren. Customer Service tersebut hanya mengatakan bahwa itu sudah prosedur, tanpa memberikan solusi apapun, Benar-benar pengalaman yang mengecewakan dan membuat saya jera menggunakan kartu Smart Fren.
